Fans should dress accordingly and be mindful of areas where water has accumulated, as well mounding and hills, which might be slippery in the current conditions.

Before play was suspended for what ended up being the rest of the day on Friday at 11:15 a.m., golfers were able to get about four hours of golf in.

Originally on Friday, THE PLAYERS officials said play would not resume until at least 11 a.m. Saturday.

The PGA Tour said players may finish the hole they were on at the time of suspension.

On Thursday, play was halted for four hours due to inclement weather.

Tour officials said they are anticipating winds that could be in the neighborhood of 60 mph on Saturday, and the pace of play will be slower.

Tour officials said they are confident the tournament will be wrapped up Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. at this time.

The PGA Tour said all Friday Stadium Passes (i.e.: grounds tickets) and hospitality tickets will be valid for one-time use either on Saturday or Sunday for grounds access only.

Guests must present their Friday mobile ticket at any of the tournament entry gates to be scanned. THE PLAYERS youth policy still applies to these ticket holders, where up to two youth ages 15 and under get in for free with a ticketed adult.

Due to general parking lot capacities, THE PLAYERS said it cannot honor Friday parking passes for Saturday or Sunday. Click here to learn more about alternate transportation methods.

The PGA Tour says tickets and parking are non-refundable. Click here to see PGA Tour’s ticket terms and conditions with respect to its refund policy.
