SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. — According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an 18-year-old male and a 16-year-old female died in a single-car crash in Suwannee County Saturday.
Around 10:45 a.m., the teens were in a sedan driven by the 18-year-old on I-10 near Wellborn when the car drifted into the grass median on the left side of the highway.

The driver took a hard right and over-corrected before going back off the right side of the road and hitting a tree, according to the crash report.
FHP said the driver and passenger were both pronounced dead at the scene. Neither were wearing seatbelts, according to the report.
