UPDATED: List of stores coming to The Pavilion at Durbin Park

UPDATED: Dozens of stores have signed leases for The Pavilion at Durbin Park.

Walmart, the first store to open its doors, held a grand opening Nov. 7. It will soon be joined by dozens of restaurants, stores and other amenities for North St. Johns County residents.

A 12-screen Cinemark movie theater is expected to open next year and developers recently announced Jana Steakhouse will open its doors in the new shopping plaza.

“I was excited. My daughter and I love going to the movies,” Brittnee Williams said. “In order to go we have to go all the way to The Avenues so it’ll be nice to have one nearby.”

Action News Jax got a full list of stores that have signed leases for Phase I with The Shopping Center Group.

Other restaurants include Keke's Breakfast Café, Kazu Sushi Burrito, several smoothie shops and Salsa's Mexican Restaurant.

New stores that have signed leases include Burlington, Five Below and Dollar Tree.

The shops and restaurants are expected to open by Spring 2019.

Space is still available at the plaza, so expect more store announcements.
