The First Alert Weather team is tracking the 25th named storm of the 2020 season -- Tropical Storm Delta.
Tropical Depression 26 strengthened into Delta Monday morning in the Caribbean.
8 a.m. update: Delta is forecast to become a hurricane over the Gulf of Mexico early Wednesday at 2 a.m., according to the latest advisory.
The storm is currently about 270 miles southeast of the Grand Cayman. Wind speeds are at 40 mph.
