A couple of men were able to walk out of a St. Johns County Walmart Neighborhood Market with over $2,000 in stolen items after duping the cashier.
The St. Johns County Sheriff's Department said the the pair placed items on the grocery belt -- along with four Visa gift cards worth $500 each.
One of the men was able to distract the cashier, deputies said, and his accomplice was able to quickly cancel out the sale by using the keyboard on the cash register.
