Musk dissolved Twitter’s board of directors, BBC News reported.

The board was dissolved on Thursday, but news of it came on Monday when financial documents were filed, CNN reported.

The move was made “in accordance with the terms of the merger agreement,” according to CNN.

The dissolution of the board came the same day Musk fired at least four of Twitter’s top executives, including now-former CEO Parag Agrawal and chairman Bret Taylor.

CNBC reported that Musk has also brought over more than 50 Tesla employees, most of whom are software engineers from the Autopilot driving system team.

Two additional people came from the Boring Company and one from Neuralink, CNBC reported.

Reports say they were moved into the company to learn everything about Twitter, including the source code, content moderation and data-privacy requirements. Several Twitter employees said the move is so Musk can redesign the platform, CNBC reported.
