The Jaguars showed their appreciation for Patterson, tweeting out a photo of him and saying “Thank you, Riley.”

In addition to waiving Patterson, the Jaguars signed K Brandon McManus.

McManus helped the Denver Broncos win Super Bowl 50, converting all three of his field goal attempts in the Broncos’ 24-10 victory against Carolina.
