Chart-topping music producer Timbaland is "Empire’s" executive music producer. The video below shows him working with Yazz the Greatest on a song from Season 2.
“Good People”
Jamal, played by Jussie Smollett and Hakeem, played by Yazz the Greatest wrote their brother a song to help him through a rough time. Their brother Andre, plated by Trai Byers, lost his unborn son when his wife fell down the stairs.
“Look But Don’t Touch”
Tiana, played by Serayah performed this upbeat song in rehearsal for Cookie, played by Taraji P. Henson. The song was produced by popular artist Jim Beanz.
