18th Annual Roadmap of State Highway Safety Laws

Jacksonville, FL. — Every January the Advocates for Highway & Auto Safety release their Annual Roadmap of State Highway Safety Laws.

January 2020 and 2021 were no different.

The key difference between the release of these two report was the pandemic that struck.

In the 2020 agenda, the report addressed the persistently high number of crashes, deaths, injuries and costs on America’s roads.

Yet, 2020 turned out to be a lot different than many could imagine.

As a result of the pandemic many Americans stayed home and off the roads.

With less people on the roads there has been a surge of speeders and more risky behaviors while driving.

The 2021 Roadmap of State Highway Safety Laws from Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety outlines clear, confirmed and consistently proven countermeasures.
