JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 13-year-old and two other teenagers have been charged in connection with a deadly shooting.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrested cousins Jeremiah Hill, 13, and Keyshaun Hill, 18. Both teens are charged with murder, attempted murder and armed robbery. Jeremiah Hill also faces an additional charge of possession of weapon.
Police say a gun deal trade was completed at a BP gas station several blocks south of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, but for some unknown reason, Jeremiah Hill and another teen started shooting at two men, killing one.
Exclusive surveillance video obtained by Action News shows a car pull up as a body laid on the ground.
"This case occurred on the 10th. On the 12th of this month, a witness cooperated to give us information," said Chris Butler, JSO assistant chief.
According to the police report, Jeremiah Hill confessed after his mother told JSO that he had information about the case.
Keyshaun Hill’s grandmother said there's no way her grandchild was involved and that he is innocent.

"He ain't murdered nobody," said Mattie Russ. "He's a good kid, he had nothing to do with this and I don't know why they would say he did something like that," Russ said.
The investigation is still ongoing because a third suspect, Cameron Sneed, 17, is still on the run. Police say he could possibly be in Decatur, Georgia, with family.
"Way it's explained to me he lays his head in different places. Could be cars, could be hotels could be friends, could be staying with other relatives, and we have checked all those locations. That what's we mean by transient lifestyle. We don't know where he is putting his head," Butler said.
The victims of the shooting both have criminal histories. Tony Johnson, 25, who is dead, was arrested for burglary in 2009. Stephon Graham, 24, was arrested for drug possession and resisting arrest in 2010.
JSO also said this was not gang related.
Anyone who knows Sneed's whereabouts is asked to call JSO at 904-630-0500. Anyone who has any information can also call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS. You can remain anonymous and receive a possible reward of up to $3,000.
