JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The mother accused of kidnapping her young daughter appeared in a Duval County courtroom Tuesday morning.
Police in Georgia arrested Charity Chatman over the New Year's holiday break, days after police say she abducted her 6-year-old daughter during a supervised visit at the Jewish Family & Community Services Center in Jacksonville.
She'll be back in court next month.
