JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Atlantic Beach will host a Halloween evening event featuring a Trunk or Treat and a haunted house on Oct. 30 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The festivities are scheduled to take place at City Hall and the Atlantic Beach Police Department.
The event will feature 16 community trunks prepared to distribute candy and treats. Following the Trunk or Treat, attendees can head inside the Atlantic Beach Police Department, where the hallways will be transformed into a not-so-spooky haunted house.
The Atlantic Beach Athletic Association will be on-site during the event to sell refreshments and snacks to attendees.
Community members and families participating in the festivities are invited to dress up in Halloween costumes for the evening activities.
