12:30 A.M. WEDNESDAY UPDATE: Missing endangered man, Wesley Royce Bumpers, has been safely located in Green Cove Springs, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
Clay County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday evening they are searching for Wesley Royce Bumpers, 82, who is missing from the Fleming Island area.
According to CCSO Wesley was last seen around 1 p.m. Tuesday near the Hibernia Publix in his 2018 white four door Cadillac STS, Florida license plate GZCG90.
Wesley is considered endangered because of medical concerns and "diminished mental faculties," CCSO said.
Wesley is in need of medication, according to CCSO.
