Clay Electric experiences large power outage

ORANGE PARK, Fla. — UPDATE 5:53 P.M.:

The Clay Electric map has updated restoration times for some residents to approximately 7:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.

ORIGINAL STORY:

According to the Clay Electric Power Outage map, a large number of Middleburg and Orange Park residents are experiencing power outages.

Over 15,000 residents are without power, which is close to 20% of Clay Electric customers.

The map says the estimated time of restoration, is around 6:30 p.m. for most residents.
