JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The family of the formerly conjoined twins born in Jacksonville said one of those twins could be moving to a rehab center soon.
The Mirabal family said Conner is expected to be moved from Wolfson Children's Hospital to Brooks Rehabilitation Center by the end of the month.
