Clay County man wanted for aggravated stalking, other charges arrested

5/21/18 6:15 a.m. UPDATE: Danny Scott McGuirt Jr. has been arrested in Putnam County for his active warrant concerning charges that include Aggravated Stalking, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office.

The Clay County Sheriff's Office is searching for Danny McGuirt Jr. who is wanted on aggravated stalking and violation of an injunction for his ex-wife.

Deputies tell Action News Jax that he is dangerous and they were so concerned and drove to a judge's home Sunday night to get a warrant signed.

Anyone with information concerning McGuirt's whereabouts are asked to call the the sheriff's office's communications section immediately at (9040 264-6512 or call 911.
