JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The former pastor of Celebration Church in Jacksonville is not commenting on a new lawsuit he is facing.

The bank says Weems owes it $716,123.14. Read the full lawsuit below:
In April, an investigation was released on Weems, the founding pastor of the church.
The 22-page report accused Weems of using church money for his personal benefit, as well as creating a culture of fear and intimidation.
Weems stepped down before the report was made public.
