JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens said it is shutting down for the rest of the day Tuesday “due to a disruption in water service.”
The zoo said it will make repairs and reopen at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Those who are in the zoo currently can purchased bottled water from zoo restaurants, but not food.
The zoo said guests who purchased tickets for Tuesday and hadn’t entered the zoo yet can exchange their tickets for another day.
