Jacksonville Area, Fla. — List of local hospitals with new protocols for labor and delivery:
Baptist Hospital: We are allowing one partner or spouse per new mother. Children not allowed.
St. Vincent’s: Our visitation policy for labor and delivery and the NICU at each of our three hospitals is currently limited to only the patient’s partner or spouse. Permitted visitors will still be screened, including temperature checks, and will be denied entry if they are symptomatic.
Orange Park Medical Center: Our labor and delivery patients are allowed one visitor.
Memorial Hospital: In an abundance of precaution to protect our staff, physicians and patients, only one spouse/partner of a maternity patient is allowed.
