JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Nearly three years after she was found alive and living in South Carolina, Action News Jax is getting a look at Kamiyah Mobley’s fake birth certificate.

Mobley was kidnapped from a Jacksonville hospital in 1998 when she was just hours old.

Her kidnapper, Gloria Williams, took Mobley to South Carolina and raised her under the name Alexis Manigo. Williams was sentenced to 18 years in prison in June 2018.

On the falsified birth certificate, Mobley’s birth date is still the same -- July 10, 1998. The hospital where she was born is listed as Trident Medical Center in Charleston, but Mobley was actually born at University Hospital, which is now known as UF Health Jacksonville.

Williams is listed as Mobley’s mother and Charles Manigo is listed as Mobley’s father. Her actual parents are Shanara Mobley and Craig Aiken.

Aiken made a post on Facebook in December stating that Kamiyah Mobley would be moving in with him in Jacksonville.

A movie about Mobley called “Stolen by My Mother: The Kamiyah Mobley Story” will be released on the Lifetime network Jan. 18.
