Traffic is slowing on Interstate 295 near Pritchard Road due to onlookers looking at a giant tank on the side of the road.
A video sent to Action News Jax by @ChrisFLTornado on Twitter shows a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office vehicle next to the tank, which is in the median.
