JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — EPIC Outreach will host its annual Fall-O-Ween Farm Festival on Saturday, Oct. 24, at its education farm sanctuary in Jacksonville. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The festival serves as a fundraiser to support the rescued animals living at the sanctuary and to fund the organization’s educational programs. EPIC Outreach operates the facility as a sanctuary for rescued farm animals while offering educational experiences to promote animal welfare.
Attendees at the festival will be able to meet rescued farm animals, listen to live music, and participate in interactive games and activities. The event will also feature local vendor shopping and a silent auction to benefit the sanctuary.
The sanctuary is located in Jacksonville, approximately 10 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. The exact street address is provided to guests upon ticket purchase. Advance online ticket purchases are required, as no tickets will be sold at the gate on the day of the event.
EPIC Outreach officials highlighted the event’s purpose and its focus on animal welfare. “Fall-O-Ween is more than a fall festival. It’s an opportunity to bring people and animals together while inspiring kindness and compassion for people, animals, and the planet,” the organization said in a statement.
“One of the most magical things about Fall-O-Ween is watching children and adults connect with the animals. When people get to know these animals, learn their stories and see their unique personalities, something special happens. Those connections plant seeds of compassion that we hope people carry into their everyday lives.”
Tickets for the Oct. 24 event must be purchased in advance through the EPIC Outreach website.
