JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Ron Davis, the father of Jordan Russell Davis, will be the Grand Marshall of Jacksonville’s 2015 Martin Luther King Jr. Parade.
Jordan Davis was shot to death by Michael Dunn at a Southside gas station in November 2012 in an argument over loud music.
Dunn was found guilty of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison in October 2014.
The parade will be held on Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. and will move from the Federal Reserve Bank to Metropolitan Park.
