JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A foggy commute and some accidents are causing some jam packed roadways Wednesday morning.
Two lanes on Interstate 295 northbound at the Dames Point Bridge are blocked due to an accident. Traffic is backed up there all the way to I-295 at Atlantic Boulevard.
Two lanes are also blocked on Blanding Boulevard.
