JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — In addition to the concerned parents, Action News is also talking with former patients of Dr. Howard Schneider who are now adults.
Many parents are now accusing the pediatric dentist of hurting their kids, some even protesting outside his University Boulevard office. Several former patients called or emailed our newsroom after seeing our Tuesday report.
We spoke to several different people who were out on the sidewalk holding signs criticizing Dr. Schneider.
"As I dentist I think it is time for him to hang it up," said Jacqueline Evans.
Evans said she is glad people are complaining about Schneider. We have received dozens of emails, phone calls and Facebook messages since we first told you about allegations against Dr. Schneider.

Evans is one of the many who claims they were fearful of Dr. Schneider.
"As a child I don't think any child should have their first experience as to be fearful or to be in pain," Evans said.
Evans said that's what she remembers when she was a patient of Dr. Schneider nearly 30 years ago.
"I needed some dental care and we didn't have dental insurance," she said.
Evans said she went to Schneider because her mother worked in his home as a housekeeper and she needed dental treatment. Evans said even though her procedure went fine, Dr. Schneider's use of restraints left a lasting impression.
"After that experience, I was scared to death to ever go to him again even though I knew I didn't have a choice because my mother worked for him but as a child you don't get a choice in that," she said.
Despite her fear, Evans said she sent her own son to Dr. Schneider.
Action News: "You said you would never send a child to Dr. Schneider but you sent your son to him?"
Evans: "Because it was something minor to fix."
