JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A fourth person has been arrested in connection to a 2023 double murder, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday.
Jamaal Hameen, 31, is facing two counts of second-degree murder and one count of accessory after the fact, JSO said in a news release.

Police said 19-year-old Antonio Tillie Jr. and 31-year-old Bryant Grund were shot and killed on Oct. 6, 2023 on Kylan Drive.
Investigators determined that a $20,000 gang-related hit targeted Tillie, while Grund was working as an Uber driver and was driving Tillie when the violence erupted.
At the time of his arrest, Hameen was already held in jail on unrelated charges, according to law enforcement.

Three other individuals — Ju’Quan Mills, Diamond Harris and Jimmy Robinson — have already been charged in connection with the case.
Mills and Harris have pleaded guilty in the murders; Robinson has pleaded not guilty.
JSO said it was committed to resolving the case for the victims’ families.
“For the families of Grund and Antonio Tillie Jr., we kept pushing forward,” the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said. “We kept investigating, identifying those responsible and holding everyone involved accountable.”
