GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. — Three different agencies are teaming up to investigate a spike in shootings.
Investigators say eight shootings have happened in the last month, hurting four people.
“I saw the person coming out the passenger side with the gun,” said Rasheeda Mitchell, who was driving home Halloween night with her boyfriend when she noticed two men following her.
When she pulled into her driveway, she said the men started shooting at her.

“I’m watching the fire come from the bullets. I’m watching fire,” Mitchell said.
The bullets shattered her back window and barely missed her.
“Even the one close to my head, boom, and seen the spark as it hit the car, and then they sped off,” she said.
One of the bullets went flying into her children’s bedroom while they were sleeping.
“One of my daughters was here, and one of my daughters was here,” she said.
Police said it is one of eight shootings in the last month, happening just blocks apart. Four people have been hurt, including two men at Seldon Park, where many kids hang out.
“It’s out of control, and it’s crazy,” Mitchell said.

Most of the time, according to police, these shootings are happening in neighborhoods like Mitchell's.
“I’m innocent. All I was doing was pulling in my yard,” she said.
Investigator say some of the shootings are related, but they wouldn’t say which ones.
“I suppose to feel safe, and I don’t, I really don’t,” Mitchell said.
That’s why Glynn County police and deputies are teaming up with Brunswick police to offer a $1,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest.
