CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Bonnie and Cinnamon are two goats living on property that abuts Black Creek.
There used to be four goats, but Laurie Brouse believes gators killed the other two.
Her first goat disappeared about two months ago.
The second one, just last week.

“A couple of the local jet skiers, they saw him in the water and told my neighbor and he came and got me,” Brouse said.
Brouse showed us the area where the jet skiers found one of the goats.
“It ripped him in half, really,” Brouse said.
Brouse said she’s seen a gator before right near her home.
“It was from eyeballs to nostrils because that's all that I could see out of the water was 14 inches,” Brouse said.

She said it scares her because kids and families like to play in the water.
Action News Jax observed some people jumping in while we were out there Tuesday.
Neighbors say they called the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and were told a trapper would be sent out to relocate the gators.
