JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE 4:25 P.M.: Zoe has been found safe, JSO said.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced officers are searching for a missing 9-year-old girl believed to be endangered.
On Wednesday, July 21, 2021 just before 2:00 p.m., patrol officers responded to the area of Pennant Drive and Ortega Farms Boulevard in reference to a missing child.
The child, Zoe Seel, walked away from her residence on foot and has not returned.
Seel is reportedly diagnosed with Autism and is non-verbal.

Race/Sex: White/ Female
Height/Weight: 4′3″/ 75 Ibs.
Eyes/Hair: Brown/ Brown
Clothing: Pink/Purple tank top, Greenish shorts, and no shoes.
Anyone having seen or who may know the whereabouts of Zoe is asked to immediately call the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500 or 911.
Minutes after JSO announced her disappearance, a statewide Missing Child Alert was issued for Seel by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
