JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Action News Jax Investigates is pushing for answers for families who are living next to a pile of trash.
A city spokesperson says the owners haven't paid the trash bill.
Sky Action News Jax captured video of trash overflowing out of every dumpster behind Villas at Cedar Creek Apartments Wednesday morning.

"A dog wouldn't want to live in this here," Georgia Morrison said.
Neighbors say trash removal is supposed to be covered by the rent they pay each month.
"Eighty dollars for trash every month," Tamika Clark said.
But trash is piling up and so are their frustrations.
"Downright disgrace for people to be living like this here," Morrison said.
Neighbors say they complained to management about the mounds of trash, but their questions have gone unanswered.
When Action News Jax Jamarlo Phillips confronted the apartment manager Tuesday, she told him the trash would be removed by the end of the day.
It wasn't.
So, we called their office today after we saw a city crew stop by.

"I'm just following up to see when the trash will be removed over here at the apartment complex," Phillips said to property management.
She said she was still working on it.
Phillips also reached out to the listed owners of the complex Michaelson Group to find out why the trash bill had not been paid.
For a second day, Phillips got no response.
Action News Jax also reached out to Advanced Disposal to find out how much the complex owes but have not heard back.
For some neighbors, they've seen enough.
"I'm good; I'm not about to live like this here," said Clark.
The city says the complex could be fined for trash piling up.
Action News Jax will continue to reach out to the owners of this complex to get answers for these families.
