Woman who never returned from doctor appointment found safe, per JSO

JSO announced that Barbara was located safely by a citizen.

ORIGINAL STORY:

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced it is searching for Barbara Silcox, 69, who left for a doctor's appointment and has not yet returned.

Silcox is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.

JSO says that Silcox uses an oxygen tank and drives a 1995 green two-door Ford pickup with a Florida tag 145XKK.

Silcox left the Lackawana neighborhood and was supposed to be heading to her doctor appointment int he Rampart/Collins Road area, according to JSO.
