5:20 p.m. update: Police have confirmed a 37-year-old man is facing battery charges after a SWAT callout in Mandarin.
Thomas Matthew Lewis was booked at the Duval County Jail Friday on felony domestic battery by strangulation and assault on a pregnant victim charges.

Police were called to Lewis' home on Red Gaits Lane at approximately 11 a.m. Friday morning.
A woman ran out of the house screaming when police got to the home.
She told police a man inside was armed with a gun and threatened to kill her and himself.
JSO called in a SWAT team and after several hours of negotiations, Lewis surrendered.
Lewis' booking sheet says he had a warrant for his arrest in St. Johns County.
4:20 p.m. update: Neighbors tell Action News Jax that police have been called to the scene of a SWAT callout in the past.
Neighbors called the suspect at the center of the standoff Matt. Property records show the home is owned by Thomas Matthew Lewis.
A man with that same name was booked at the Duval County Jail Friday on felony domestic battery by strangulation and assault on a pregnant victim charges.
Action News Jax is working to confirm with police that the man taken into custody at the Mandarin home is Lewis.
2:25 p.m. update: Police confirm a man who barricaded himself inside a Mandarin home is now in police custody.
JSO says the suspect was taken into custody without further incident and charges are pending.
Around 2:10 p.m., SWAT members could be seen packing up their gear and moving away from the scene.

Original story: Jacksonville officers are evacuating homes in a Mandarin neighborhood after a man with a gun holed himself up inside a house.
Police were called to a domestic situation at a home on Red Gaits Lane in Mandarin Friday morning.
A Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said a woman ran out of the home screaming when police got there. She told them a man inside the house had a gun.
JSO called its SWAT team responded and surrounded the home.
The man is still inside the house.
Officers are evacuating nearby homes as negotiators try to get the man to come outside.
