JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville's Animal Care and Protective Services said the kennels are full for dogs.
ACPS is asking for help, and requesting families to foster pets until next month's Mega-Pet Adoption. As a foster, ACPS will provide all the food and medical care, and find the pet a home.
The Mega-Pet Adoption event is from Dec. 19 to 21.
