JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The man accused of kidnapping, sexually abusing and killing 8-year-old Cherish Perrywinkle will be in court Wednesday.
Donald Smith has a pretrial hearing at 9 a.m. at the Duval County Courthouse.
Smith, a sex offender, could face death row for the murder charges.
