Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced that a 51-year-old man is charged with murder Tuesday.
Police say Samuel Vick shot and killed Angel Alonzo, 16, in April.
The incident happened at Whispering Oaks Apartments on Atlantic Boulevard.

Police say Vick showed up at apartment 264 to demand money from the tenant. The tenant went to a nearby to get help from Alonzo, who tried to get Vick to leave the apartment and he was shot.
Officials found Alonzo with a gunshot wound to the chest. He died at the hospital.
Vick was arrested on Apr. 21 and charged with murder Tuesday.
