JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man who was shot and killed in a parking lot in early February has been identified.
Rashard Oshay Hamilton, 22, was found dead on Feb. 8.
Hamilton was found in the parking lot of the Skyline Sports Bar and Lounge on Norwood Ave.
