Hurricane Matthew continued moving west and gained a little bit of strength, the 11 p.m. Thursday advisory showed.
The forecast track continues to show Matthew reaching the Bahamas by Tuesday.
The system strengthened to a hurricane at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday and had 80 mph winds as of 11 p.m. Thursday.
