Mitchell's Fish Market closes at St. Johns Town Center

Mitchell's Fish Market at St. Johns Town Center has closed its doors for good.

A restaurant spokesperson said the seafood restaurant closed its doors after the lease at the Town Center expired.

The Jacksonville seafood restaurant is owned by Landry's Inc.

Landry's Inc. sent Action News Jax a statement from chief operating officer Howard Cole:

"Due to a natural lease expiration, Mitchell's Fish Market located at St. Johns Town Center closed its doors. We value our employees, their dedication to our company and are working to relocate them. We are grateful for the support of our community and encourage our guests to visit us at any of our other locations in the area."
