JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 23-year-old motorcyclist is in the hospital in life-threatening condition after crashing into a truck on Hendricks Boulevard Saturday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Police said the rider was headed southbound on Hendricks when a man driving a pickup truck turned out of the Gate Station to go north when the motorcyclist crashed into the truck.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital in life-threatening condition, where he remains as of Saturday night. JSO said the drive of the truck was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Police did not release the identities of either men involved in the crash.
