A seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 11,445-square-foot home with five levels sold this week on Ocean Club Drive for a little over $13 million, records show.

The home, which was featured in the Wall Street Journal, was marketed by James Miller and Joe Cutajar and originally listed for $15 million.

It’s located in the Amelia Island Plantation, a gated community with 24/7 private security.

This home features:

• 100 feet of ocean frontage to the east and 150 feet of dune frontage to the north
• Miele/Sub-Zero appliances and Poggenpohl cabinets in the chef’s kitchen
• Oceanfront infinity pool

Cutajar was also an agent on another recent high-profile listing on Ocean Club Drive earlier this year: a Tuscan-inspired mansion, which was listed for a whopping $11.75 million and sold on June 2 for $10.5 million.

That home broke the record for the most expensive property ever sold in Amelia Island and now that this home has sold for $13,350,000, it is the new record holder.
