NEW VIDEO: A post-construction look of Beach and Southside Boulevards

Jacksonville, Fla. — After years of construction, we’re getting a look at what the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Southside Boulevard will look like once work is complete.

Drivers will navigate a new traffic pattern, which will include what the Florida Department of Transportation calls a MUT, or a Median U-Turn intersection.

The new design along the Southside corridor is meant to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion and improve safety, according to FDOT.
