Noodles and Company, Denim and Soul, other restaurants and shops headed to St. Johns Town Center

New tenants are changing up the mix at St. Johns Town Center.

“It's very exciting. This is where we come every weekend to shop,” said shopper Ashley O’Donnell..

Three new restaurants, Chicken Salad Chick, Noodles and Company and Pieology, will all be near Sweet By Holly, in the same building.

It will give shoppers, like local mom Lindsey Williams, quicker options for food.

“Running in and running out is not something you can do easily here other than drive-thru places, but that'll be nice to have something quicker,” said Williams.

The other three shops --  Francesca's Collections, Uniformi-T and Denim and Soul -- will also open.
Francesca's will be next to Apple. Denim and Soul is nestled in between Bluemercury and Cache, and Uniformi-T will be opening near Target.

With 16 million visitors coming to the Town Center every year, Action News Jax asked the management if new traffic will be a problem.

They said because the new shops are moving into store fronts that already had parking spaces, it won't be a problem.

“No change to it. We added new parking when we added the new Nordstrom wing. We have lots of parking,” said Lindsey Von Hoven, director of marketing and business development at the St. Johns Town Center.

All the shops are set to open by this summer.
