An Orange Park man was arrested and his twin brother is under investigation for child pornography, according to officials.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents got a tip that a computer located at 40-year-old Scott Edward Stuart's home on Burris Road was being used to download and transmit child porn.

Agents said they recovered several items from his computer after executing a search warrant in October.
Agents said they found video files that showed sexual abuse of children under the age of 10.
During the investigation, Scott Stuart alleged that his twin brother Robert Stuart of Ohio was responsible.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio seized Robert Stuart's computer and found multiple images of child pornography.
Ohio authorities are conducting forensic analysis of his computer.
Scott Stuart was booked at the Clay County Jail.
