“A $1,000 window... ya know, for a $200 TV set,” said Dr. Rene Pulido, owner of Emed Multispecialty Group.

During the early hours on Black Friday, a brazen thief smashed the business’ windows and then ripped a TV right off the wall.

“But every time this happens it takes a significant amount of time and a significant amount of resources that I could be using, you know, helping my patients,” explained Pulido.

The multi-specialty business is located off Atlantic Boulevard and Monticello Road.

Pulido told Action News Jax this isn’t the first time they’ve been hit.

Back in July 2019, a crook broke into the pharmacy looking something for the taking.

They broke in by axing their way through the drywall. Pulido says this happened so many times that they now have metal bars around the pharmacy.

He has also created a webpage for tips, emedrobberyreward.com.

“On three different occasions they actually came in, used an ax to break the wall of the pharmacy,” explained Pulido.

He has filed a police report but hopes his website will help catch the crooks faster.
