Police in Jacksonville need the public's help in locating a missing child.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Ryan Lebel, a 23 month old, was last seen with Andria Fischer, 30, at around 10:30 p.m. Thursday night.

Police say they were both in a black 2011 Kia Sorrento with Florida Tag JTG X12.
"Due to the circumstances involved, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in ascertaining his safety," JSO said.
We asked police if the woman is a family member or babysitter of the child and police said the two are "known" to each other.
Police say they can be anywhere at this time and they want the community to be on the lookout.
