Putnam County, FL. — A deadly crash occurred on State Road 100 at 8:55am on Wednesday Oct. 28.
A 52 year old man was driving a sedan, eastbound on State Road 100 east of E End road, while 65 year old man driving a truck tractor Westbound on State Road 100.
The man driving the truck tractor crossed the center line and struck the driver of the sedan head on.
The driver of the sedan was pronounced deceased at the scene.
