Putnam County was just named the poorest in the state according to a new study by 24/7 Wall Street.
It's based on U.S. census numbers.
The group looked at income and poverty rates based on population.
It also analyzed employment rates.
2013 numbers show Putnam County's unemployment rate at 9.4 percent, while the national unemployment rate was 7.4 percent.
