Paul Taylor said he has lived across from this woman for the last 13 years.
“I was in my house and I happened to look at the window, and I saw flames coming out from her bedroom and called 911 right away.”
Loved ones and neighbors identified the woman as Debbie Ross, but JFRD did not immediately confirm that.
“She’s been on oxygen for probably the last six months,” Taylor said. “And where the fire was, was her bedroom.”
