ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A plane crash has occurred in St. Johns County on Saturday around 10 a.m.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a plane was attempting to land at the Florida Regional Airport when the landing gear failed to deploy.
As a result, the plane slid down the runway before coming to a complete stop.
There were no reported injuries.
It is unclear at this time why the landing gear failed to deploy.
