Jacksonville, Fl — Construction crews tore through a 16′' water main on San Jose Boulevard in Mandarin, near the South Mandarin Library, causing traffic gridlock during the morning hours.
Northbound traffic on San Jose was closed at Orange Picker Road due to standing water on the road, but JEA says the water has been cleared and now JSO says all lanes have reopened.
JEA crews are still on scene and working to repair the water main.
